Our Warehouse Training Plan is designed for all new team members joining our warehouse. It is designed to give you all the knowledge and skills required to work effectively. You will be supported along the way by your learning buddy and Team Lead to make sure you can perform at your best.

You'll receive an overview of all health and safety compliance topics for operations-based roles at the RDC. We'll cover Health and Safety Training, an Admin Building Tour, a Warehouse Walk, and Site Rules.

Material Handling Equipment Training

Discover how to properly inspect, charge, and operate the Order Pick Truck in this training. We'll also cover the equipment components and operational hazards to consider while using the equipment.

Electric Pallet Jack Training

In this training, you'll learn how to inspect, charge, and operate the Electric Pallet Jack. We'll also go over the equipment components and operational hazards to be mindful of while using the equipment.
