Congratulations on joining us!
On first day at Lidl, you will attend a welcome event. The Welcome Event is a great opportunity for you to meet other Team Members who are also on their new hire journey at Lidl.
The Welcome Event, is hosted by the Talent Management team. There, they will give you the necessary information that is needed before starting your role at Lidl HQ. You will also receive your training plan as well as further information about your new hire training.
