Your first day

Congratulations on joining us!

Your first day at Lidl will be at your new store location. You'll participate in a welcome event, where you'll get to learn about your new role and meet some of your new team members.

You will get the opportunity to meet with Team Leads and representatives from HR. After the event, you will receive your safety shoes and a hi-vis vest. This day will give you a lot of information about the culture of Lidl and you will have the chance to ask any questions about your journey with us.
