At Lidl US the Sales team develops and manages all the processes our store teams use on a daily basis. From store systems and inventory management to training & development, we make a daily impact on a national scale. The Head Office Sales Organization Department is split into three teams: these evaluate and continuously improve store systems and processes, support store ordering and inventory management, and develop and execute training. Members across all of our three teams work closely on a variety of collaborative projects to further our shared mission: equipping and empowering our store teams to do their best work.
