Our Governance & Organization department provides expertise and tools to all departments in documenting and optimizing their business processes. We also run a program management office (PMO) intended to serve project managers with the Lidl way to run projects from the idea stage all the way to successful implementations of new processes & systems. Another team in the Governance department is focused on establishing best practices in the administration of our stores and regional offices.
