Our Legal department serves as the foundation upon which our company builds processes to administer corporate governance, assesses and manages risk, and ensures the company is in compliance with all laws and regulations at all times. We offer a full slate of legal services to our business clients in every area of the company. Our goal is to enhance the decision-making capabilities of the company as trusted strategic business partners and co-owners of the business objectives. At the same time, we are responsible for protecting the company when risks turn into realities. Members of our team must be decisive, agile, and able to drive projects to completion with autonomy and the utmost discretion.
