Lidl US is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Arlington, VA Talent Management team! The Talent Management Manager is responsible for elevating and advancing our people’s skills, knowledge, and competencies across various levels throughout the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating trainings, designing workshops, managing budgets, and overseeing our HQ learning and development initiatives. The Talent Management Manager should be passionate about helping people learn and grow and will help our company succeed though effective training and development.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate and deliver workshops and other trainings
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts 
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, learning programs)
  • Assess learning success and help elevate the employee experience through career pathing

What You’ll Need

  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Experience facilitating trainings and workshops (in-person and virtually)
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • General knowledge of HR best practices
