Talent Aquisition Specialist (SSC)(GRM)

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and building a qualified pipeline of candidates by reviewing inbound applications and conducting strategic sourcing. This role supports hiring teams through recruitment and screening of talent for our stores and sales operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and assess inbound applications using SuccessFactors (ATS)
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
  • Strategically source candidates using common methods (job boards, candidate research, local resources)
  • Support for projects in Talent Acquisition (e.g. research, preparation of data)
  • Creation and publication of job advertisements
  • Conduct and document market research to identify local sources of qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring days

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of professional recruiting experience
  • In lieu of degree, a total number of 3+ years of experience in recruiting will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
  • Fundamental knowledge of recruiting in a retail or corporate space
  • Ability to work on multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
