Summary

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and building a qualified pipeline of candidates through strategic sourcing for all store associate positions within the company. This role supports Regional hiring through the recruitment and selection process to ensure all employment laws and regulations are adhered to. The role also supports the regions by streamlining the recruitment experience for applicants, candidates, and hiring managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to accurately process applications and track key metrics
  • Source and pre-screen applications to qualify candidates for store level positions, maintain timely communication with applicants
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews via phone and video conference software
  • Develop strong relationships with regional teams to support store recruitment efforts
  • Support implementation of new recruiting initiatives and process optimization
  • Maintain an overview of current progress of job postings and work with internal partners to fill current and planned open roles

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 + years of professional recruiting experience
  • Fundamental knowledge of retail or high-volume recruiting
  • Ability to work on multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
