Summary

With the Supply Chain challenges facing our country, Lidl US is seeking to hire various Supply Chain Analysts to support our HQ team in our mission to ensure a smooth movement of goods and flow of information within the planning, ordering, and controlling processes. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, many people took the supply chain for granted. **This role is classified as Hybrid. Our Telework Policy allows for up to 5 days of work from home a week depending on business needs and manager discretion.**

What You’ll Do

  • Execute tasks related to different projects within the ordering process
  • Coordinate and control order-related information to and from the RDC
  • Communicate between Regional teams and other HQ operational departments
  • Analyze promotional quantities and identify sales trends
  • Perform data and system maintenance 
  • Update guidelines, standard operating procedures, and instructional materials
  • Support the planning, control and follow-up of promotional campaigns
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math & Science, Technology or Engineering
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in related field
  • In lieu of degree, 4+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
  • Knowledge of retail operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and analyze data and spot trends
  • Demand planning and forecast modeling
  • Driver’s license
