Summary

Lidl US is seeking a Senior Regional Facilities Manager who will be responsible for Facilities Management in the Atlanta region. The role ensures all regional and store projects and services are executed to Lidl standards. In addition, the individual ensures all store fit outs, roll outs, and re-merch are executed within their region.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute directions and strategies from the head office
  • Ensure that potential and current vendor and contractor partnerships are meeting the Company’s requirements while ensuring the highest cost/performance ratios for Store Fit Outs and Re-merch 
  • Manage system applications operated by Facilities Management
  • Responsible for Facilities Management cost control
  • Recruit, train, and develop a proactive mentality, demonstrated initiative and strong leadership skills across the Facilities Management team
  • Build a culture of recognition while cultivating an inclusive and engaging work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in related field 
  • Extensive Project Management and Operations experience
  • Knowledge of asset management, merchandising execution, property and facilities management
  • Knowledge of the vendor and contractor negotiation process
  • Strong interpersonal, decision and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of planning, forecasting and basic accounting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment, including the store(s), distribution center(s), warehouse(s), and/or corporate office(s) with the capability to switch job functions/roles quickly
  • This position commutes between stores, regional offices and/or distribution centers up to 75% of the time
