As the Sr. Corporate Recruiter / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for identifying and building a qualified pipeline of candidates through strategic sourcing for all internal departments. This role advises hiring managers through the recruitment and selection process and mentors Recruiters in the department on all recruitment practices. The role supports the department by working on projects to better streamline the recruitment experience for applicants, candidates, and hiring managers.

**Hybrid preferred, requiring 3 days in office and 2 days working from home** 

What You’ll Do

  • Source qualified candidates on various sourcing channels
  • Meet with hiring managers on a consistent basis to ensure alignment of expectations, search criteria, and search progress
  • Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and staffing agencies to ensure all parties of the recruitment process are properly and efficiently updated
  • Provide operational support in the expansion of targeted university marketing, and organize and participate in recruitment events
  • Advise all hiring managers on employment best practices and laws
  • Liaise with the regions and Employer Brand team to support the implementation of recruitment marketing tools such as brochures, and job advertisements 
  • Organize and manage recruitment events and assessment centers
  • Manage projects with the support of TA leadership to better streamline recruitment processes
  • Facilitate HQ and Regional trainings for TA related topics
  • Develop and run reports and metrics to better monitor team KPIs

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 + years of professional full life cycle recruiting experience
  • In lieu of degree, a total number of 5+ years of experience in a related field will meet the education requirement listed above
  • Fundamental knowledge of recruiting in a corporate environment 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Technical recruitment experience preferred
