Summary

The Senior Analyst - Management Accounting (Financial Planning & Analysis) ensures the increase of effectiveness and efficiency of the compilation and development of reports and assures quality in the data systems. The role is responsible for holding an understanding of the department’s processes and works towards safeguarding data management & data logistics. The Senior Analyst also provides support for decision makers by supplying information and elaboration of data for business decision making.

What You’ll Do

  • Compile standard reports and standard presentations according to defined reporting structures and KPIs as part of regular reporting and planning
  • Distribute and dispatch all reports compiled in the department to the defined circle of recipients, considering national and international timelines
  • Process related assurance and further development of quality reporting
  • Administrate the controlling systems (e.g. SAP / MIS)
  • Compile ad-hoc reports and presentations, supporting executive management and operational departments by providing analysis for business focus areas
  • Review the efficiency of warehouse processes and products
  • Manipulate and interpret large amounts of data using business intelligence software
  • Communicate and exchange experiences regarding operational matters with regional distribution centers
  • Act as point of contact for the national business departments in relation to MIS (business bespoke system)
  • Collaborate in projects as required by the country/International HQ
  • Interact and represent the department with various business partners at HQ, International HQ and in the regional distribution centers
  • Assist management in the development of financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • 2 - 4 years of Finance or similar experience
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently to interpret, analyze, and present financial data in an accurate and concise manner
  • Ability to interact with a variety of colleagues and senior management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint)
