Real Estate Administration Analyst (Bayonne, NJ)

Summary

Lidl US is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Bayonne, NJ Real Estate team as an Administration Analyst. The Administration Analyst is responsible for ALL real estate administration topics, including critical date management, data maintenance, regional lease administration, contract coordination, and more. The Administration Analyst will focus on technical system maintenance, data quality, and office-based administrative tasks. This role is a direct support function and will interact with every team member of the office, will support all functions, and will act as the first line of support for regional inquiries. 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and maintain all real estate data quality throughout multiple internal systems 
  • Manage the critical date management of existing regional leases and coordinate with the US Headquarters changes and updates 
  • Manage and schedule meetings of both internal and external partners 
  • Serve as the point of contact for all administrative and system needs
  • Manage the influx of mail, FedEx, USPS, and email submissions to the Bayonne Office
  • Provide weekly reports of project statuses and updates to Regional and Senior leadership 
  • Coordinate documents and meetings related to site acquisitions, leasing, and office maintenance 
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as booking travel, catering lunch, reserving rooms, taking and sending meeting notes, notarizing documents, and so-forth 

What You’ll Need

  • Extensive experience with Administrative tasks  
    • Familiarity with Real Estate processes a plus 
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Technical capabilities in a multitude of platforms (minimum of Complete Microsoft Office Suite) 
  • Unmatched organizational and time-management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines 
  • Ability to travel extensively, especially in the first 9 weeks of employment (travel provided by company) (travel will be on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States)
