Summary

The Warehouse Associate - Logistics (Maintenance) is trained and developed to work in the fast-paced environment of a Lidl warehouse. The Associate is a part of the team that is responsible for all equipment and the warehouse facility in accordance with legal requirements and Company procedures. The role also supports preparation and implementation of maintenance plans.

What You’ll Do

  • Support preventative and reactive maintenance for the warehouse facility and equipment
  • Organize & maintain supplies and necessary parts
  • Coordinate work as required with contractors with whom service and purchasing agreements
    are in place
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse facility, assets, and equipment to ensure compliance with
    applicable Health and Safety requirements
  • Ensure that external contractors carrying out work on Company’s premises follow Health and
    Safety requirements
  • Support filing and administration of contracts and maintenance records
  • Work closely within a team supporting the Maintenance Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

What You’ll Need

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • In lieu of Diploma, 3 - 5 years of experience in related field
  • Experience in building maintenance, including but not limited to appliance repair,
    HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and preventative maintenance
