The Manager - Logistics (Regional) is responsible for controlling costs and supporting continuous improvements to productivity and systems within the warehouse. The Regional Logistics Manager is expected to set and achieve targets and cost positions while ensuring on time service to the store network.


**Telework Policy allows for up to 5 days of work from home a week depending on business needs and manager discretion.**

What You’ll Do

  • Direct oversight and control of department
  • Ensure accurate receiving, picking, and shipping of stock
  • Oversee warehouse management system to ensure on time delivery
  • Provide all training materials and ensure that all team members fully comply with relevant training
  • Minimize costs and increase efficiencies where possible
  • Maintain results, analyze and assess performance and implement improvements
  • Ensure all health & safety standards are adhered to and positively followed
  • Approve all Standard Operating Procedures for assigned area of responsibility
  • Manage, coach, and train members of the workforce
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2+ years of experience in related field
  • In lieu of degree, 4+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
  • Ability to commute between stores, regional offices and/or distribution centers up to 50% of the time 
  • Knowledge of warehousing and warehousing systems, logistics, and supply chain
  • Health & safety in the workplace
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
  • SAP EWM/SAP ERP knowledge
