Lidl US is seeking an entry level Construction Analyst or Junior Construction Manager to support our HQ Construction team throughout day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for conducting research on best in industry construction trends and collaborating with HQ and regional construction leadership.


**Telework Policy allows for up to 5 days of work from home a week depending on business needs and manager discretion**

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze construction processes and requirements and develop corresponding process and data flows
  • Assist with construction process solution testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results
  • Produce technical and financial analysis in support of project and business solutions
  • Prepare and organize training content for internal training courses
  • Organize and review construction site documents
  • Visit sites under construction

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • In lieu of degree, 4 years of experience in related field will meet the education requirements listed above
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivation and highly professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts
  • This position commutes less than 25% of the time
