The Analyst - Purchasing Administration (Orga Projects) takes ownership of tasks and independently performs substantial parts of departmental standard processes that require a high attention to detail and accuracy. This role supports the department by working on multiple projects and reports simultaneously. This position will generate reports on a variety of topics and will communicate with other teams, such as Purchasing Buying, Master Data, Accounting to ensure deadlines are met. The Analyst will liaise with multiple stakeholders within the business as well as external business partners such as suppliers and service providers.

What You’ll Do

•    Work on multiple complex project steps simultaneously in deadline-driven environment, including tracking and reporting on work packages and tasks
•    Support with the processing of supplier charges and invoice deductions
•    Support with the administrative processes around product category analyses
•    Carry out research, analysis, testing, and liaise with internal and external teams to source relevant data
•    Compile various reports for International Purchasing, US Purchasing, and various other stakeholders
•    Coordinate process administration for systems across the wider Purchasing Team, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Logistics Teams
•    Assist with training of other team members
•    Conduct meetings and trainings including preparation and documentation
•    Develop handbooks, reports, presentations, and document any changes with a high level of accuracy
•    Ensure quality standards are met by employing a high attention to detail

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree; In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 - 6 years of experience in related field
  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of PowerBI
  • High attention to detail and ability to scrutinize data for accuracy
  • Ability to evaluate processes for optimization purposes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as additional systems
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks to ensure accuracy and completion within given deadline
  • German Language Skills Preferred
