The Business Analyst - IT (Purchasing Systems) helps business units achieve their objectives by evaluating, designing, enhancing, and adapting solutions. As the liaison between IT and the business units, the IT Business Analyst ensures IT projects meet deadlines, systems are configured for their best performance, and business units are helped with process optimization and new solution selections. The individual continuously works on achieving subject matter expertise level in central product information systems and procurement workflow solutions.

What You’ll Do

  •     Establish self as point of contact for assigned business stakeholders such as Purchasing Teams including Master Data, and Quality Assurance
  •     Track and follow-up on topics and issues affecting Purchasing Systems
  •     Be the subject matter expert in assigned focus area
  •     Problem and risk management for focus area
  •     Conduct internal business consulting
  •     Execute tasks in a timely manner with awareness of impact on team members and other parts of the business
  •     Conduct integration testing and implementation of existing or new/ modified software modules
  •     Provision of qualified 2nd level support according to a defined service level

What You’ll Need

  •     BA/BS degree
  •     4+ years of direct experience in substitution for a bachelor’s degree
  •     SQL & PowerBI Knowledge
  •     SAP Hybris / PIM experience/certification preferred
  •     Salesforce expertise/certification preferred
  •     SAP Retail experience/certification preferred
  •     Experience in retail / grocery industry preferred
