HR Compensation Analyst

The Senior HR Compensation & Reporting Specialist is responsible for providing metrics/deep analysis for compensation/reporting issues. This position analyzes and ensures Lidl is running at extreme efficiency using the various systems, as well as enforcing compliance laws regarding equitable pay and providing competitive rates to ensure we attract and retain top tier talent.  

What You’ll Do

  • Assist managers on compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and equity increases
  • Prepare survey submissions, analyze survey results and support HR for JD analysis/approvals, evaluating new jobs, classifying job titles, conducting internal audits to ensure equitable pay practices, research market pricing, and ensure FLSA compliance and wage and hour regulations 
  • Assist the HR compensation manager in analyzing information utilizing SAP; preparing ad-hoc reporting for the different departments using various survey websites and market information 
  • Assist in building a Compensation Total Rewards policy and statement that can be distributed companywide on an annual basis 
  • Create and provide reports driven by our KPIs including employee turnover, personnel costs, and department level headcount data

What You’ll Need

  • BA/BS degree in related field, 2-5 years of experience in related field 
  • Basic level of compensation knowledge
  • Advanced Excel Skills
