Summary

The Store Fit Out and Remerch / Regional Support Consultant is responsible for developing and improving execution strategies and process for the regions. The position entails projects that consist of Lidl store’s maintenance services, fit-outs, layout changes and store improvement project roll outs. The role identifies new efficiencies and maintenance proof improvements by collaborating with Construction, Regional Facilities Management, site visits, and collaboration with Sales Operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and optimize store fit-out and project roll-out schedule
  • Audit and implement improvements to project sequencing and schedule
  • Document efficiencies and deficiencies in store roll out process and audit of sequencing
  • Collaborate with Construction on prototypes and operational improvements  
  • Collaborate with multi-departments on store related projects
  • Oversee and coordinate the non-standard store fit out and layout process
  • Update the master store install weekly, encompassing process & quality control with the regions
  • Review and ensure completion of handover documents with Construction and Real Estate 

What You’ll Need

  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Quality written, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem solving, written, and oral comprehension
  • Bachelors degree in related field required
  • 2 years experience in related field required
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • In lieu of education, 3-5 years of related field experience  
  • Management and operations experience
  • This position commutes between stores, regional offices and/or distribution centers up to 75% of the time within a day
