Summary

The Store Fit Out and Remerch / Regional Support Consultant is responsible for developing and improving execution strategies and process for the regions. The position entails projects that consist of Lidl store’s maintenance services, fit-outs, layout changes and store improvement project roll outs. The role identifies new efficiencies and maintenance proof improvements by collaborating Construction, Regional Facilities Management, site visits, and collaboration with sales operations.  

What You’ll Do

  • Maintenance owners and experts within specific Trades
  • Store Fit-Outs and Store Related Project Execution
  • Support in the organization and operational handling of repairs, maintenance, exterior service and cleaning service agreements.
  • Establish service agreements for Lidl properties
  • Quality check and audit vendor service scope and execution
  • Support Regional process and personnel training and development
  • This position commutes between stores, regional offices and/or distribution centers up to 75% of the time within a day  
  • This position requires overnight domestic travel less than 50% of the time 

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field In lieu of education, 3-5 years of related field experience  
  • 2+ years of experience in related field
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Management and operations experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • This position commutes between stores, regional offices and/or distribution centers up to 75%
