Summary
Lidl US is seeking an entry level Construction Analyst to support our HQ Construction team throughout day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for conducting research on best in industry construction trends and collaborating with HQ and regional construction leadership.
**Telework Policy allows for up to 5 days of work from home a week depending on business needs and manager discretion**
What You’ll Do
- Analyze construction processes and requirements and develop corresponding process and data flows
- Assist with construction process solution testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results
- Produce technical and financial analysis in support of project and business solutions
- Prepare and organize training content for internal training courses
- Organize and review construction site documents
- Visit sites under construction
What You’ll Need
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- In lieu of degree, 4 years of experience in related field will meet the education requirements listed above
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivation and highly professional demeanor
- Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts
- This position commutes less than 25% of the time
