Job Summary
We are looking for an entry-level candidate to fill our Real Estate Anlyst role. This role will support our regional team with all tasks related to the Real Estate transitions including strategy, construction, and the on-going lifecycle of an operating store. A successful candidate will have atleat 1 year experience supporting a real estate team in market analysis, project proposals, or maintaining related documents.
What You’ll Do
- Perform extensive strategic real estate market analysis for entire portfolio of stores and sites
- Create detailed analytic reports and maps depicting key demographic, competition, traffic, cannibalization, and other decision-making metrics
- Complete complex initial site feasibility including concept, layout, and financial analysis
- Assist Real Estate Managers in compiling the documents and putting together the proposal packages for the Board for approval of new investments
- Analyze local ordinances and zoning codes to determine development parameters
- Develop, maintain, and monitor all site development, construction, department budgets, and financial reports
- Report expenditure status to management with anticipated deviations and forecasted total costs
- Enter and maintain all data in programs and systems while ensuring upkeep and accuracy
- Identify, develop, and propose opportunities for business/process improvement
- Assist with administrative tasks, as needed, such as preparing meeting minutes, and electronically filing documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- BA/BS degree in related field
- 1+ year(s) of relevant experience
- Proficiency with GIS, mapping software, and other analytical tools/programs
- Knowledge of real estate, real estate systems and market practices
