Administrative Assistant - Supply Chain (HQ)

The Supply Chain Administrative Assistant supports the organizational flow of the department and does preliminary work for Senior Management. This position is aligned with one of the HQ Supply Chain sub-departments: Stock Management, Promotion Management & Merchandising.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver support to the Supply Chain team and contribute to ensure an optimal flow of information
  • Process daily HQ communication
  • Perform data collection and maintenance for various projects
  • Prepare reports concerning supply chain operations
  • Update and maintain ad hoc departmental reports
  • Perform research activities in order to improve supply chain operations

What You’ll Need

  • Associate’s degree
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
