Lidl US is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the HR Talent Management department. The Administrative Assistant supports and helps sustain Talent Management processes for Lidl US with high quality standards for the training and development of Lidl US employees. In addition, the Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of HR support to business objectives, goals, and human resource initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare materials for meetings, programs, and projects
  • Coordinate forms of communication to execute on team tasks for internal and external audiences
  • Maintain calendars, reports and process invoices for payment
  • Data maintenance and provision of reports as part of training evaluation
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation
  • Support to ensure adherence to the Lidl Talent Management processes across the business

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 1+ years of experience in related field 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use tact when interacting with employees, managers, and HR colleagues to understand and resolve potentially sensitive issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be proactive in a fast-paced environment
