The Administrative Assistant - Human Resources (Shared Service Center) assists in the administrative processes whichsupport HR administration, payroll, and recruitment. The role issues employment documents, assists withpayroll data, and performs other administrative tasks for the Human Resources Manager.

What You’ll Do

·    Maintain recruitment database and process applications for the region
·    Screen job applications according to job description profiles
·    Collect, process, and report on all payroll relevant data to the Payroll Department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
·    Issue and administer employment documents - ensure the accuracy of all personnel documents related to Lidl employment
·    Provide back office support at hiring events, development days, and assessment centers
·    Train or guide the work of other team members on occasion
·    Maintain discretion when handling confidentiality matters
·    Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

·    Knowledge of principles and methods of HR office administration in a supporting role in the retail business
·    Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
·    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
·    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
·    Ability to work as part of a team

·    High school diploma or GED
·    1 - 2 years of experience in related field
