Summary

Lidl US is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who will support the CIO and VP of Finance, Accounting & Tax. This Assistant will support our leaders by organizing calendars and administrative departmental priorities. The Administrative Assistant will liaise with multiple stakeholders within the business and will complete a high volume of tasks and focus on deadline sensitivity with minimal guidance or supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements to include scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements for the corporate office
  • Handle, respond to, and direct incoming correspondence and calls with corporate and international teams in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercises a high degree of discretion and judgement regarding sensitive matters
  • Prepare reports for management and process invoices and expenses
  • Manage changing workloads and conflicting priorities 
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in related field required
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
